I am an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, with a background in Humanistic Counselling and Compassion Focused Therapy. I work with each client or couple on an individual basis, together we will create a bespoke therapeutic toolbox, helping you to become your own therapist and gain a better quality of life.
For several years I have offered psychological therapies to adults, couples and young people throughout the Northwest who present with a range of problems that include; - Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Postnatal Depression and Pregnancy issues, Grief and Loss, OCD, Panic Disorder and relationship issues.
